Leadership & Business Coaching
We provide 6 month coaching packages. We will review and/or create user-friendly and simplified business plans. We help create SMART goals and weekly metrics to ensure progress toward desired outcomes. Bi-weekly or monthly accountability conversations are an integral part of the program to revise plans as needed and ensure timelines are properly managed.
